The Amateur Radio Emergency Service® (ARES) consists of licensed amateurs who have voluntarily registered their qualifications and equipment, with their local ARES leadership, for communications duty in the public service.
The Bay County ARES has in-person meetings every third Thursday 1900 Central Time at the Bay County Majette Community Center, 5302 Old Majette Tower Rd, Panama City, FL 32404.
There is a Bay County ARES net on the W4RYZ Repeater, 145.210 pl 100 Hz, at 7 PM on Thursdays except for the third Thursday.
